Because we are operating on a waiting list at this time, if you have a eSaleKnives Gift Certificate it secures you a spot on our waiting list immediately. When you contact us with what you’d like to order, we will put your gift certificate towards the item(s) and let you know the expected completion date for your knife. All items ship with tracking, delivery confirmation, and appropriate insurance through the United States Postal Service. Items are packaged carefully and ship from South Carolina, USA. If you would prefer a different carrier, please make a note when you purchase. Additional fees may apply with other carriers. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary based on item and location; please contact us if you are curious about shipping rates for a specific item.
If you’d like to change the destination of your product please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you.
Returns: & Refund
Due to the nature of made-to-order and custom work, we cannot accept returns and refund. All products are handmade, so it can be little different from pictures. If you received damage item we will send you another item. But we do not offer refund. If you are unhappy or having any issue with your product, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make sure you are satisfied. Please be aware that we can’t be held responsible for normal wear, though we are confident that with good care, your product will be used for generations to come.
